Space for understanding & connection

My approach is collaborative, and grounded in helping each member of your family feel heard and understood, often drawing from approaches like Emotion-Focused Therapy to strengthen connection and improve communication. Sessions provide space to slow down patterns of conflict, improve communication, and better understand one another’s experiences. Some conversations may focus on processing emotions, while others may be more practical and solution-focused, but always with the intention of helping your family feel more connected, supported, and steady.

In-person sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable, and easily accessible office, offering a calm and private environment where your family can come together in a supportive space. Virtual sessions are also available across Ontario, providing flexibility to connect from wherever works best for you.

I work with families navigating a range of challenges, including communication difficulties, parent–child or teen concerns, life transitions, and ongoing conflict or disconnection. My goal is to create a space where each person feels respected, understood, and supported, and where your family can begin to move forward together.
